Job Description- 
As an IT Systems Developer, you will be part of the IT application team. This key position will include developing internal applications, upgrading and maintaining to our CRM and Accounting systems and integrating back office systems. You will also support our corporate website and customer portal which includes our knowledgebase, forums, and online ticket reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the design, implementation, operation, maintenance, security and system integrity of our internal business applications and website
• Participate in integration and update projects
• Development, documentation and maintenance of scripts
• Maintain and monitor all systems within environment to ensure optimal performance
• Execute implementations that comply with existing operational excellence and follow proper procedure to maintain systems availability
• Recommend and establish operation requirements, policies and procedures
• Monitor system performance to determine system upgrade/replacement schedules
• Work with key internal business users to understand the business requirements and potential solutions within the current architecture

Skills:  4+ years of experience working in IT in a Windows environment as an IT systems developer
• Microsoft CRM, VBScript, IIS and SQL Server skills are required
• A qualified candidate will have expertise in efficient, complex coding:
o VB/ASP, DHTML (HTML, JavaScript, DOM), ADO SQL. ASP.NET, C#, vb.net, VBA and Office automation
• Working experience with mail services/systems
• Experience with backup and restore procedures
• Good understanding of operational practices and requirements to operate a high availability and secure environment
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks while under pressure
• BS degree with Computer Technology emphasis or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft Navision and SharePoint a plus
